Project: The CNI (Choice Neighborhoods Initiative) is a $35 million grant to fund the reconstruction of an affordable housing community in Camden. The project encompasses 3 components - housing, neighborhood, and people. I worked with a team to strategize and write the People section of the grant proposal. The team was awarded the grant through a highly competitive grant process.
